  • Are your products sold in stores?

No, our products are not sold in stores. But you can return your bag if it's not a fit for you. Selling directly to you via our website allows us to provide better service and support without traditional retail markups.

 

  • How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: 3-5 Days.
Shipping Time: 7-18 Days.

This is the maximum term, usually the package arrives between 10 and 15 days at your home.

 

  • How to track my order?

Once your product is shipped, we will send you an Email with the tracking number, you can use to check its status. If you do not receive this Email, please contact our customer service at service@andandtravel.com.

 

  • Do you offer international shipping?

At this time And And Travel products do not offer international shipping.

 

  • Can you ship my order to a P.O. box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

 

  • What is AndAndTravel return policy?

We accept returns of undamaged and unopened items within 15 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition you received it. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return an item.

  • Can I cancel my order after shipment?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
