As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delays and delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after they are placed. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

The estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters). 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  


If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Shipping from warehouses will be the prerogative of the company and we shall ship the product from the warehouse where product is available and can reach you in the fastest possible time. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 


For international orders, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item or shipping costs. 


Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.


If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
