Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


We accept returns of undamaged and unopened items within 15 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.


To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase].


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an andandtravel.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you just want to return the product for any reason you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items, and digital products.
